My Red Ogre v 2.0

My Red Ogre helps remove tracking tags from shared links before you pass them along. Copy a link from YouTube, YouTube Music, Instagram, Facebook, or many other sites, open the app, and it cleans the URL by removing common tracking parameters such as utm_source and share identifiers when possible. The cleaned link is placed back on your clipboard, ready to paste.

The app is designed to be simple and privacy-conscious. It does not send your clipboard contents or cleaned links back to the developer. If web previews are enabled, the app may load the cleaned URL so you can preview the destination, just like opening that page in a browser.

On Mac, My Red Ogre can also help with links copied on your other iCloud devices. When iCloud sync and automatic cleaning are enabled, the Mac app can watch for copied links while it is open and clean supported URLs after the normal iCloud clipboard sync delay.
